摘要
目的 总结弥漫分布型原发于中枢神经系统淋巴瘤的临床、影像学和形态学特点。方法 回顾 3例经尸检证实的弥漫分布型原发于中枢神经系统的淋巴瘤 ,分析其临床病历、影像学图像和病理形态学特点以及免疫学分型。结果 3例临床上均反复发作 ,影像学上的表现不典型 ,常提示为脱髓鞘病。形态学上肿瘤细胞弥漫浸润 ,以脑室周围双侧基底节、视丘、脑干等中线结构为中心向周围弥漫浸润。结论 弥漫型中枢神经系统淋巴瘤临床上和影像学上酷似脱髓鞘病 ,行
Objective To study the clinical, imaging and morphologic features of primary central nervous system lymphomas (PCNSL).Methods The clinical, imaging and pathologic features of 3 cases of PCNSL diagnosed by autopsy were reviewed. Results All 3 cases were recurrent and the characteristics of CT and/or MRI were atypical.The imaging pictures usually suggested dymyelineting.Morphologically the tumor cells around the bilateral basal ganglion, thalamus and brain stem diffused into periphery tissue.Conclusions The PCNSL of diffused type resembled dymyelineting on clinic and radiology. CT stereotactic centesis could play a important role in accurate diagnosis of the lesion.
