以马齿苋汁为主料 ,苹果、胡萝卜等水果蔬菜为辅料 ,研制马齿苋复合保健饮料的生产工艺条件及配方。其产品色泽鲜艳 ,风味独特 ,是集天然、营养、保健于一身的理想饮品。
The technological conditions and formula for the production of compounded purslane juice health drink with purslane and apple, carrot, etc. as the main and secondary materials, respectively, are studied. The product featured by bright colour and unique flavour is considered as a natural, nutritive and health beneficial drink.
