摘要
本文在描述归纳中国自然垄断产业规制体制特征的基础上 ,结合自然垄断产业规制改革的一般规律 ,推导出中国自然垄断产业规制改革的基本模式 ,并进一步分析了模式构成中的各种关键因素。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Chinese natural monopoly regulation and combined with the common rules of this kind of reform, the author introduced some fundamental reform patterns of Chinese natural monopoly reform in the paper. The key factors affecting the working of these patterns are also being illustrated.
