摘要
采用增大中频无芯感应电炉的功率质量比 ,提高电源频率和预埋石墨坩埚等手段 ,加快了电炉的熔化速度 ,缩短了熔化时间 ,降低了蒙乃尔合金的含气量和有害杂质 。
Smelting rate was increased and both gas content and subversive inclusion in Monel alloy were decreased through some ways, including increasing power mass rate,main frequency and laying graphite crucible in medium frequency induction coreless furnace. Smelting of Monel alloy in medium frequency coreless induction furnace was realized successfully.
