摘要
研究了非真空熔炼条件下冶金因素对蒙乃尔合金的组织和性能的影响。研究表明:严密的覆盖和有效的精炼是减少蒙乃尔合金含气量。减少有害夹杂物,提高机械性能和耐蚀性能的必不可少的手段;而变质处理则是细化晶粒、消除发达树枝晶、减少缩松的重要措施。
A study of the effect of metallurgical factors under nonvacuum condition on thestructures and properties of Monel metal shows that tight covering and effective refining are indispensable means for lowering the gas contents, reducing harmful inclusions, raising mechnicalproperties and corrosive resistances of the alloy;and that the modification processing is an importaut method for refining the fining grains, for eliminating flourishing dendrits and for reducingshrinkage porosities.
