稀土硅铁对TBCs梯度热障涂层组织与性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过低压等离子喷涂技术在Ni基合金表面制备了Y2 O3 -CeO2 -TZP/NiCoCrAlY梯度热障涂层 ,采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、电子探针等方法研究了稀土硅铁对Y2 O3 -CeO2 -TZP/NiCoCrAlY梯度热障涂层的组织和性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在涂层中加入适量的稀土硅铁 ,能改善涂层的组织结构 。 Y 2O 3-CeO 2-TZP/NiCoCrAlY graded coating has been developed on Ni-base superalloy substrate by low-pressure plasma spraying with single torch,and the microstructure,mechanical properties and microstructure stability,as well as thermal shock properties and its failure mechanism were investigated by means of optical microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,electron probe microanalyser,and so on.The microscopic structure and the oxidation resistant property as well as the anti-thermal shock property were improved after an amount of lanthanum bearing ferrosilicon was added in the metal constituent.
