摘要 采用压力喷雾造粒对蔗糖酯的后处理是一项难度较大的技术 ,经过的研究和试验 ,提出最佳的工艺条件为 :物料温度为 12 0~130℃ ,喷雾压力为 0 4~ 0 5MPa ,喷嘴温度为 130~ 135℃ ,喷嘴孔径为 1mm ,进风温度为 10℃ ,出口温度为 2 5~ 30℃ ,进风量为 180 0m3/h ,产品颗粒为 It was a difficult technique of post-treatment to sucrose esters with spraying to make microdots under pressure.The optimum technology conditions obtained by studying and testing this technique were:the temperature of raw materials was 120 ℃ to 130 ℃,spraying pressure was 0.4 to 0.5 MPa,the temperature of spray head was 130 ℃ to 135 ℃,diameter of spray head was 1 mm,the temperature of entering wind was 10 ℃ and that of out wind was 25 ℃ to 30 ℃,flow rate of entering wind was 1800 m 3/h,microdots of product could pass through 0.2 mm to 0.25 mm.
