摘要
介绍了焊接机器人的工作原理及采用的S7 2 0 0型PLC ,就其控制系统构成、硬件接口、软件程序设计等进行了阐述。焊接实验及工艺评定表明 ,该机器人跟踪精度高 。
The work principle of welding robot for spherical tank and its control system based on S7 200 Type of PLC were introduced in this paper. The constitute of control system, hardware interface and the design of software program were described in detail. The welding test and process survey show that the welding robot has high tracking accuracy, and it can be applied for practical production.
