摘要
设计了一种用于大型焊件自动化焊接的移动式机器人,对其结构组成、工作原理进行了简要阐述,着重研究了基于DSP的焊缝跟踪控制系统组成和算法。试验结果表明,该移动式焊接机器人焊缝跟踪系统功能完善、工作稳定可靠、跟踪精度高,可用于实际焊接生产。
A wheeled mobile robot was designed for automatic welding of large weldment. The robot structure composition and the working principle were introduced briefly, and the composition and algorithm of seam tracking controlling system based on DSP were studied on emphasis. Welding tests results show that the seam tracking system has the merits of all-around functions, reliable behavior and high tracking accuracy and can work in practical welding scene.
