摘要
通过分析形成零电压或零电流开关的条件 ,提出了谐振元件参数选择的计算公式和表格 ,并通过一台4 0kHz ,10kW的变换器进行了验证。
On the basis of analyzing the conditions to achieve zero voltage and zero current switching, some diagrams and formulas are proposed in this paper. By means of these diagrams and formulas, the reasonable value of the resonant devices can be easily selected. A IGBT based 10kW 40kHz experimental circuit is designed to describe and verify the parameter.
