摘要
将新型软开关电路拓扑和逆变技术引入CO2弧焊电源,保证电源在全范围内实现软开关,使开关管在零电压下开通和关断,开关损耗、开关应力及电磁干扰等得到明显改善,电源逆变频率高、效率高、稳定性好、动特性好。并以此为硬件平台,将波形控制技术引入CO2短路过渡各阶段的焊接电流控制,以软件编程的方式对各阶段焊接电流波形进行精细控制,有效地改善了CO2短路过渡的飞溅大和成形差的问题。
Through introducing a novel soft-switch topology and inverter technique into CO2 arc welding machine,the power supply can realize soft-switch within the whole range,and switch on and off under zero voltage.The switching loss,switching stress,EMI etc, are improved greatly.The welding machine has the characteristics of high invert frequency, high efficiency, good stability and dynamic property.On the bases of this hardware,the waveform control technique is introduced into controlling the welding current.Through the software programming,the welding current waveform in different stages can be controlled subtly.In this way,the spatter and shape problem of CO2 short-circuit transfer are improved efficiently.
