摘要
高校人事制度的改革 ,使人们更关注人事档案的建设。因为人事档案可以为高校制定改革方案提供参考作用 ,对干部、教师的任用、晋级有重要的参考作用。因此要实现管理人员的规范化 ,要加强人事档案管理原理与方法的研究 ,要实现档案管理的现代化和法制化。
The reform of personnel system in university has aroused general concern with personnel files building,because personnel files have an important reference effect on working out the reformation scheme of a university,especially on the appointment and the rise in rank of cadres and teachers.Hence,it is necessary to standardize the administrators,strengthen the research into the principle and method of administrating personnel files,accomplish the modernization of the file management and put it on a legal basis.
