摘要
该文通过对传统人事档案管理的分析和现代人事档案管理发展趋势的预测 ,提出了实现人事档案管理现代化应采取的对策 ,即应加强高校人事档案信息管理现代化建设 ;强化领导者的管理意识、信息意识 ;加强档案管理人员队伍的知识化。
Through the analysis of the traditional management of personnel archives and the anticipation of the development trend in the modern management of personnel Archives, this article puts forward some measures that should be taken in the modern management of personenl archives, namely the reinforcement in modernization of information management of personnel archives, consciousness of management and information of the leadership, professional knowledge of administrative personnel, etc.
