摘要
癌灶局部注射大蒜油后,S180腹水癌细胞的死亡率明显上升,分裂指数显著下降。光学显微镜观察,癌灶局部注射大蒜油后,癌细胞核固缩,胞质空泡化。电子显微镜观察给药后,癌细胞表面微绒毛脱落、核染色质凝缩,胞质空泡化,糖原颗粒减少,某些细胞器遭到破坏。说明大蒜油对癌细胞有直接的细胞毒性作用。
After garlic oil injected ip the mortality of S180 ascites tumor cells expressed obvious increasing, but the mitosis index of these celle expressed obvious decreasing. Under light microscope the pyknotic aggregation and vacuolation of tumor cells were apperared after garlic oil ip. A great deal of microvilli on the surface of S180 ascites cells were swelled and fell off the cell membrane under scanning electron microscope and chromatin in their nucleus were condensed, a lot vacuoli appeared in their cytoplasm, a some part of organells were destroyed, glucogen granules were reduced under transmission electromicroscope, which showed that garlic oil expressed a direct cytotoxic efiect on cell membrane, cytoplasm and neuclus of tumor cells.
