摘要
用扫描电镜和透射电镜,观察了大蒜对三种细菌作用的形态学改变。实验结果发现,大蒜液作用于金黄色葡萄球菌培养物和大蒜薰蒸福氏志贺氏菌和大肠埃希氏杆菌菌落,都能引致明显的细胞变形和细胞破裂。对大蒜对细菌的作用进行了讨论。
The effect of garlic on three kinds of pathogenic bacteria (S. aureus, S. flexneri and E. coli)was observed with SEM and TEM. Under the action of garlic solution, three bacteria became pleomorphic appearances, and many bacterial cells showed collapse and disruption of cellular integrity. The possible mechanism of garlic was discussed.
