摘要
棉针织物直接染料染色的固色和柔软整理工艺通常采用二浴二步法。试验表明 ,一浴法固色柔软工艺具有工艺流程短、节水节能、环境污染低的优点。采用一浴法加工的织物的染色表面深度、皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度、手感及吸水性与二浴法相同。固色柔软整理的温度以 4 0℃～ 6
Normally the fixing and softening treatment in direct dyeing of cotton knits are carried out in two bath two step process. The one bath fixing and softening treatment here mentioned is a water and energy saving method with a shortened processing line and less environmental pollution. With this method, same results as the traditional one have been achieved in regard to the dye depth of fabric surface, soaping fastness, fastness to rubbing, as well as handle and water absorbency. A temperature of 40℃ ～ 60℃ is recommended for the fixing and softening treatment.
