摘要
目的 :探讨乳内动脉 (IMA)在冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CABG)中的制备方法及吻合方式。方法 :1998年 7月～ 2 0 0 1年 4月本科共施 32例CABG ,2 7例采用左乳内动脉桥材与左前降支 (LPDA)吻合。结果 :随访 1～ 2 8个月 ,3例发生急性IMA闭塞死于术中 ,1例术后 2dIMA堵塞猝死 ,余 2 8例临床效果良好。结论 :规范化的IMA制备。
Aim: To study the standardized approach to dissect IMA and anastomose IMA with LPDA in CABG. Methods:From July 1998 to April 2001, 32 cases of coronary heart disease underwent CABG among 27 cases received the left IMA LPDA anastomosis with standard approach. Results:one to 28 months of follow up was carried out. Three patients died of the acute obstruction of IMA on the operating table and 1 died suddenly on the 2nd d after operation on account of the same reason. The 28 remainders presented excellent clinical results. Conclusion: Standardized technique to free and anastomose IMA plays a very important role in CABG.
