冠脉搭桥患者乳内动脉与桡动脉的病理改变
摘要
早在70年代,Carpentier等人[1]曾使用桡动脉(RA)作为冠脉搭桥手术的移植物,但是不久很快被摒弃,因为术后32%的桡动脉出现闭塞,另外32%显示严重的广泛狭窄[2,3]。最近重新应用RA是由于发现Carpentier手术中被认为闭塞的RA重新开放,血管造影显示大约15年无动脉粥样硬化损害...
