摘要
全球经济一体化、信息化时代的到来 ,给区域规划注入了新的活力 ,区域规划经历了约 10 0多年的历史逐渐成为区域整体协调发展的客观需求。本文回顾了国外区域规划发展历程 ,从背景、理念、理论、内容、方法、手段等方面分析了国外区域规划新动态。希望能为中国区域规划的发展提供一定的借鉴。
The coming global and informational age brings new vigor to regional planning, which has gradually been the need of regional coordination after a century's development. This paper reviews the evolution and analyses the new development trend of overseas regional planning, which can be used to be reference for the regional planning and development in China.
