摘要
高校学生思想政治工作队伍建设必须突破认识、政策、落实三大瓶颈的困扰,解决政工干部出路难、待遇低、认可难的老问题。贯彻党的教育方针,大学生的现状与素质教育的实施均需要这支队伍的共识必须一以贯之,才能落实政策保证与岗位保证,在定级定职、能决住房、解决夫妻分居、子女入学问题方面予以优先,在读研、转教、提干、外调方面为二次转岗提供便利。而精心挑选、强化培训、严格管理、放手使用有助于将队伍建设落到实处。
In building up a college students'ideological and political work contingent,it is essential to break through such bottlenecks as understanding,policies and implementation,so as to relieve political work cadres of worries and help solve their difficult problems.This is of great practical significance in implementing the Party's educational policy and conducting quality education.In order to implement the contingent building,we also need to adopt the active measures,i.e.carefully choosing,intensifying training,being strict in respect of management and making bold use.
