摘要
本文介绍一种由单片微型计算机控制的直流PWM随动系统。该控制系统可用于数控机床的定位控制等方面。系统具有控制精度高、运行可靠等特点。该系统的位置环由单片机控制调整。它不仅仅简化了系统结构,使系统的性能价格比提高,而且使系统具有较高的控制精度和可靠性。另外,该系统还具有误差显示,键入调整控制参数的功能。本文中给出了系统的硬件框图与软件程序框图,并给出了实验结果。在本文的最后,又提出了进一步提高控制精度的改进措施。
This paper introduces a DC moter PWM servo-system controlled by a single chip computer.The system can be used in positioning digital controlled mechines and others. The system is characterized by the high accuracy and good reliability.The position loop of the system is adjusted by a single chip computer,which makes not only the struction of the system simply and the performance-price ratio increased,but also the controlling accuracy and reliability is better.Otherwise,the system has the function of the angle error display and adjusting the controlling parameters by keys.In the paper,the hardware diagram and software blowchart of the system and the experimental results are all presented.A measure of improving controlling accuracy is also presented at the end of the paper.
