带传动实验计算机测控系统的设计

摘要 提出了一种利用计算机技术实现带传动性能参数检测的方法。设计了由机械本体、数据采集卡、压力传感器、光电测速传感器、直流电机PWM调速系统和磁粉制动器组成的测控系统。基于Visual C++6.0平台开发了系统软件,设计了交互性好的人机界面。实现了包括带轮转速、功率、弹性滑动率ε和传动效率η的自动检测。运行试验表明,系统实时性强,可靠性高,具有良好的应用前景。 A new method about belt driven test by means of computer is suggested. The measurement and control system is designed, which is composed of mechanism, data collection device, pressure sensor, photoelectricity velocity measuring sensor, DC PWM system and electromagnetic brake. The control software with a humanized human-computer interface is developed based on Visual C++ 6.0. The test of various parameters including rotate speed of belt pulley, output power, Elastic slide rate and drive efficiency are automatically realized. Experiments explains that the system owns high real--time performance and dependability ,and that it has a good application prospect.
