众多影响抗生素发酵过程生物合成的因素中 ,氨基酸的影响占有重要地位。氨基酸分析仪可定性、定量地测定发酵液中氨基酸的含量 。
Among the numberous variables which affect biosynthesis in antibiotic fermentation, amino acid was one of the most important factors. Amino acid analyzer determines the amino acids in fermentation broth qualitatively and quantitatively, and thus it provides on effective means for antibiotic fermentation study.
