主要介绍了使用改进后的17种水解氨基酸分析程序,在贝克曼6300氨基酸分析仪上,使用2u12cm长NA型氨基酸分离柱,可将17种水解氨基酸在45min内完全分离开来。
A new programme for determining 17 kinds of amino acid in protein hydrolysate with Beckman 6300 Aminoacid Analyzer with a 2μ 12cm NAAA Column was developed. The new programme could shorten the assay time from 83min to 45min.
