摘要
为增加阿莫西林的溶出 ,加入赋形剂羧甲纤维素钠制得阿莫西林胶囊 ,其溶出度较原药明显提高 ,两者 T80 有显著差异 (胶囊 T80 =2 4.2 7min,原药 T80 =6 2 .93min)
The dissolution of amoxycillin was accelerated by formulation with CMS-Na. The dissolution test showed that the dissolution of amoxycillin capsules formulated with CMS-Na(T 80 24.27min) was much faster than amoxycillin itself(T 80 62.93min).
