摘要
根据辐射器的优化布置方案,进行丹参辐射与对流的对比实验,推导非稳态干燥动力学方程,计算辐射强化系数K_l、对流传质化系数K_t、对流放热系数α_(ci),对升速、恒速、降速3个干燥阶段及其影响因素作了详细分析。
According to the optimum arranging project of infrared radiant heaters, we did the contractive experiments on radiation and convection with dan-shen, deduced the kinetic equations of drying process in unstable state, calculated the radiation strengthening coefficient(K_1), the convection mass-transfor vaporization coefficient(K_1), and the convection heat-transfer coefficient(α_(ci)), we also analyzed the effect of main influential elements on the rising-rate, constant-rate and falling-rate periods. The above-named study has important effects on the drying mechanism and the engineering practice.
