摘要
目的 观察Monachia肱骨自锁钉逆行插钉治疗肱骨干骨折疗效。方法 本组肱骨干骨折14例 ,对所有病例均采用闭合复位 ,Monachia肱骨自锁钉进行插钉。结果 术后平均随访12个月 ,所有病例均获牢固骨性愈合。平均愈合时间为6个月。患肢关节功能优良 ,未见畸形愈合、感染及再骨折发生。结论 Monachia肱骨自锁钉是治疗肱骨干骨折一种较好的内固定方法 ,具有创伤小、操作简便、固定牢固、骨折愈合率高等优点。
Objective To investigate the curetive effects of retrograde Monachia humerus self locking nail in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods Fourteen cases of humeral shaft fractures were treated with closed reduction and retrograded Monachia humerus self-locking nail. There were 12 males and 2 females,the average age of the patients was 35 years (range 22 to 48 years),14 humerus fractures were fresh in the upper third 3. median third 7 and low third 4. including transverse oblique, helicoids and comminute fractures. Results The average duration of follow-up was 12 months. All patients achieved solid bone union at an average of 6 months. Joints movement and functions were excellent. There were no malunion, infection and refracture in this series. Conclusion Monachia humerus self-locking nail is a good internal fixation for treatment of fractures of the humerus. It has the advantages of less traume simple operative method. firm fixation and high rate of fracture healing.
