摘要
目的 提高对腰椎滑脱的CT征象的认识。方法 回顾性分析25例腰椎滑脱的CT表现。结果 CT扫描显示以下特征 :(1)关节突间部的骨性缺损 ;(2)椎管前后径延长 ;(3)椎体后缘呈双边征 ;(4)于相邻椎体层面 ,椎间盘呈相反方向突出椎体边缘 ;(5)侧隐窝狭窄。结论 腰椎滑脱具有特征性CT征象 ,CT扫描不仅能明确诊断 ,而且可以显示许多细节。
Objective To sum up the manifestation of spondylolisthesis on computered tomograph. Methods Retrospective study of 25 cases of spondylolisthesis .Results CT findings showed the following characters of spondylolisthesis: 1.Bone defect of the pars interarticularis.2. Lengthened anteroposterior diameter of spinal canal.3.The Double contour sign of the posterior edge of Vertebral body.4.At the layer of adjacent vertebral body, the intervertebral disc protruded at reversed direction.5.Stenosis of lateral recess. Conclusion Spondylolisthesis showed characteristic CT manifestations. CT scan can show the details of spondylolisthesis
