退变性腰椎滑脱症的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 退变性腰椎滑脱症（Degenerative spondylolisthesis，DS）是最常见的脊椎滑脱，多见于老年人，50岁以前较少发生，并有随年龄增长而发病率增高的临床流行病学特点。有文献报道70岁以上的女性多患有此病，仅程度上有差异，女性发病率是男性的3—5倍，14～5是多发部位。此病发病机制尚无定论，但多数学者认为与椎弓倾斜及椎间小关节面退行性变有关。而有些作者则认为是椎间盘退变、椎问高度塌陷导致椎间失稳的后果。
