摘要
为探讨开普拓治疗晚期大肠癌的护理要点 ,笔者通过对 2 0例晚期大肠癌 2 5次使用开普拓治疗的观察 ,提出护理重点在于调节静脉输液滴注速度 ,加强乙酰胆碱综合征 ,迟发性腹泻 。
The study was designed to look into the effect of nursing the patients with advanced colon cancer treated with Irinotecan (CPT 11). 20 patients with advanced colon cancer received therapies with Irinotecan for 25 times. In the course, nursing care focused on the dripping speed of Irinotecan. Adverse reaction such as acetylcholine syndrome, delayed diarrhea, neutropenia should be noticed in nursing.
