摘要
目的研究学校体育中的竞争因素对学生心理健康的影响。方法将205名高一学生(其中男生97名,女生108名)随机分为竞争组和无竞争组进行现场实验研究,采用《心理健康量表》测定学生实验前的心理健康水平及实验后心理健康水平的变化。结果竞争组学习焦虑等明显降低,无竞争组身体症状、恐怖倾向、孤独倾向、冲动倾向明显增多。结论竞争性的体育活动有利于维护和改善高中学生的心理健康;竞争性体育活动对心理健康水平较高的学生尤为重要。
Objective To study on effect of competitive for mental health of students in physical education class.Method Male(n=97) and female(n=108) students of grader one participated in the study and randomly assigned either to competitive or non competitive physical education class.Mental health was measured by the MHT before and after the intervention.Result Competitive physical education class showed significantly better mental health than non competitive physical education class.Conclusion Addition analyses revealed that,the higher mental health,the more important for competitive effect.
