引导式教育辅以神经生理学疗法对脑性瘫痪儿童运动功能的改善与评价 被引量:26

摘要 目的观察Bobath与Vojta的神经生理学疗法和引导式教育辅以Bobath与Vojta相结合对脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿的作用效果。方法选择年龄1~3岁的脑瘫患儿,观察组1为23例,采用引导式教育辅以Bobath和Vojta法;观察组2为25例,采用Bobath和Vojta法。结果表明两观察组脑瘫儿治疗前后运动功能得分,不但治疗前后均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),而且引导式教育辅以Bobath和Vojta疗法组与Bobath和Vojta组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论引导式教育辅以Bobath和Vojta疗法优于单纯采用Bobath和Vojta疗法。 Objective To observe difference of Bobath and Vojta processes and conductive education with therapeutics of neurophysiology in the improvement of the gross motor function in cerebral palsy (CP)patients. Methods Group one in 23 cases of CP children treated with conductive education and therapeutics of neurophysiology and group two in 25 cases of CP children treated with Bobath and Vojta processes between one and three years old each one. Results The results showed that it improved motor function of patients in both them(P< 0.01). The function improvement in group one after treatment is remarkable more than group two(P< 0.05). Conclusion The results show that the conductive education with therapeutics of neurophysiology in the improvement of the gross motor function in CP patients is better than Bobath and Vojta processes.
