摘要 对高性能轮胎模具加工数控系统进行了研究。提出具有可靠性高、精度高、五轴联动控制、可进行大容量程序加工等特点的总体方案 ,给出了基于PC平台的数控系统硬件结构 。 A research on high performance NC system for tyer mould machining has been carried out.Through this work a general scheme which possesses the features of high reliability and high accuracy and can make five axis blending control and machining for large amount of NC program has been put forward,the hardware architecture of the NC system based on PC platform has been given,and the composition of software system as well as the realizing technique of its key modules have been researched.
