The Development of Dynamic Simulation System of NC Machine

摘要 阐述了数控车床动态仿真系统的几大关键模块,并利用Visual C++6.0开发工具和MFC类库实现加工过程的动态模拟。结果表明:该系统具有类似于真实数控车床操作面板的界面和相似的操作流程,它不仅可以检查、校对和验证NC文件,还能通过测试,确定一种最优加工方案。 Several critical modules of the dynamic simulation system of NC machine were introduced. The dynamic simulation of process was realized by using Visual C ++ 6.0 tools and MFC library. The result shows that the control pane and operation process of the system are similar to the real NC machine and the software can exam and verify the NC programme, can help to get an optimum processing scheme.
