摘要
21世纪的今天,大型燃煤机组建设中的环保问题已成为人们关注的聚焦点。本文仅以上海吴泾八期2×600MW机组扩建工程“飞灰/底渣岛”的应用实例为背景,通过消化、吸收国外“飞灰/底渣岛”先进技术的特点,剖析该系统设计核心思想及工艺过程,总结该系统设计应用与改进后成功的经验教训;探索该系统的设计、制造逐步国产化及计算机控制设计应用的新思想,新方法;为该系统的国产化寻找更好的途径。
The Environment-protecting issue has been become the focus in the construction of large thermal power plant in the 21th century. Based on the construction of 'fly ash / bottom ash island' in 2×600MW unit of Wujing power plant eighth phase project, the paper analyzes the core of system design principle, summarizes the experience of system design and application through comparing with 'fly ash / bottom ash island' oversea, sear-ches for the new idea and computer control refering to the application of ash handling in the same capacity power plant.
