摘要
21世纪 ,世界经济与科技发展有两大趋势 :其一是科学技术继续加速发展 ,知识经济将成为主导的经济形态 ;其二是经济全球化。这两大潮流也冲击着中国 ,它既是挑战 ,也是机遇 ,我们必须正确对待之。
The world economy and technology will face two developing tendencies in the 21st century. One is that science and technology will continue to develop in an accelerating speed and knowledge economy will become the leading economic form. The other is the globalization of economy. the two tendencies will have impacts on China. These are challenges, but also are opportunities. We must take the right attitude to the two tendencies.
