摘要
探讨了用硫酸苯酚法测定北冬虫夏草多糖含量的方法。通过实验获得了最佳反应温度为沸水,最佳显色剂用量为15ml,最佳显色时间1min。
The phenol -sulphate acid inspect method of Cordyceps militaris exopolyaccharide was researched.the experiment results show the optimum test temperature is100℃,the optimum developer dose is15ml ,and optimum develop time is1min.
