Present status of the study of liver stem cell
摘要
肝干细胞具有双分化潜能,可向肝细胞和胆管上皮细胞分化发育;胚胎期肝干细胞来源于肝始基,成年期肝干细胞可能来源于Hering管细胞和骨髓造血干细胞;细胞间作用和细胞基质间作用对于肝干细胞的分化成熟起重要作用;肝干细胞在肝脏疾病的基础研究和临床治疗方面具有广阔的应用前景。
