食管癌组织中DPC_4基因的失活 被引量：6

摘要 目的:检测DPC_4基因在食管癌及其癌旁组织中的失活。 方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)、单链构象多态性分析(SSCP)检测42例食管癌及其癌旁组织的DPC_4基因失活情况。 结果:在食管癌组织标本42例中4例出现DPC_4基因缺失,3例出现DPC_4基因第11位外显子突变;而其癌旁组织则无DPC_4基因突变或缺失,有显著性差异。 结论:DPC_4基因作为一个抑癌基因,参与了食管癌的发生。
