摘要
目的:探讨肝癌组织中乙型肝炎病毒pX与BCl-2的表达状况及关系。方法:病理证实的34例肝癌组织经连续切片,常规脱蜡水化,用S-P法行pX与Bel-2免疫组织化学染色。结果:pX与Bcl-2在肝癌表达的阳性率分别为97.06％及17.65％。Redit分析示两组有显著差异(P<0.01),阳性信号均主要位于胞浆,且两者可在同一癌组织的相同区域出现阳性染色。结论:乙型肝炎病毒pX在肝癌组织中存在高强度的广泛表达,pX的表达可能具有激活Bcl-2抑制癌细胞凋亡的作用。
Objective: To assess the expression of HBV pX and Bcl-2 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: Tissues from 34 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were diagnosed by pathology. With successive section and dewaxing, the expression of pX and Bcl-2 were tested by using SP assay. Results: The positive expression of pX and Bcl-2 in carcinoma tissues was 97. 06% and 17. 65%. Redit analysis showed that there was significant difference between these two groups (P<0. 01). The positive signal was mainly presented in the plasma, and the positive stainning of pX and Bcl-2 may appear in the same area. Conducsions: The pX was extensively and strongly expressed in the tissue of hepatocellular carcinoma and the abnomal expression of pX may promote the function of Bcl-2 in inhibition the apoptosis of the cancer cells.
