摘要
烧伤后机体处于持续的高代谢状态 ,胃肠道血液灌流不足 ,且易发生“肠源性高代谢”。大量实验已经证实 ,烧伤后早期肠道营养与静脉营养相比 ,在调节代谢、减轻应激方面具有明显的优越性 ,而且对设备和技术的要求也较低 ,易于临床管理 ,并发症少 ,费用低廉。作者就如何选择合适的营养方式、合并用药、判断营养吸收状况及具体细则综述如下。
It has been widely acknowleged that early enteral nutrition plays an important role in post burn patients. This article describes the distinguished features of metabolic and enteral changes that manifest in early post burn stage physiologically and pathologically, which gives the reasons why early enteral nutrition can lead to a better condition. The details, concerning mainly about clinical application, are also provided.
