三地理株白纹伊蚊与致倦库蚊贵州株蛋白质分析 被引量:2

A Comparative Study on Protein Contents in Three Geographic Strains of Aedes albopictus and Guizhou Strain of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus

摘要 目的 :比较海南、北京、贵州三地理株白纹伊蚊和贵州株致倦库蚊蛋白质含量的差异。方法 :用凯氏定氮法测定羽化后第 5天白纹伊蚊和致倦库蚊 (雌蚊 )蛋白质含量 ,并比较地理株和种间的差异。结果 :海南株蛋白质分别与北京株及贵州株蛋白质有显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,但北京株与贵州株之间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;贵州株和北京株白纹伊蚊与贵州株致倦库蚊之间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;海南株白纹伊蚊与贵州株致倦库蚊之间有显著差异 (P >0 0 1)。结论 :不同地理株白纹伊蚊蛋白质含量可有差异 。 Objective:To compare the contents of protein in Aedes albopictus from Beijng city?Hainan province?Guizhou province and the Guizhou strain of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus Methods:The contents of protein were determined with Kyeldanh's method for nitrogen content determination on the 5 th day after the eclosion of the mosquitoes Results:There was a significant differenec in protein contents among Ae.albopictus strains from Hainan, Beijing,and Guizhou (P<0.01).But there was no significant difference between Beijing and Guizhou strains (P>0.05).There was no significant different protein contents between Ae.albopictus from Guizhou,Beijing and Cx.Pipiens quinquefesiatus (P>0.05).There was a significant difference in protein between Hainan strain of Ae .alopictus and Guizhou strain of Cx.pipiens quinquefasciatus (P>0.01).Conclusion:There could be differences of protein contents in different geographic strains of Ae .albopictus;There couldn't be difference of protein content in different mosquito races in th same area.
