综述了线粒体COI基因进化特点,其在双翅目长角亚目蚊总科、摇蚊总科,短角亚目食虫虻总科、食蚜蝇总科、蝇总科、狂蝇总科、虱蝇总科、缟蝇总科、实蝇总科昆虫的物种鉴定、系统发育和进化研究中的作用,以及在农、林、牧业和法医学中的应用。
This paper reviews the evolutionary characters of the mitochondrial COI gene and COI gene, widely used in the identification of species, understanding the evolution of Diptera （Nematocera： Culicoidea, Chironomoidea; Brachycera： Asiloidea, Syrphoidea, Muscoidea, Oestroidea, Hippoboscoidea, Lauxanioidea, Tephritoidea）, and with applications in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, disease control and prevention, and forensic science.
