摘要
目的 :研究大鼠内侧隔核 (MS)和斜角带核 (DB)中一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)阳性神经元的分布。方法 :用尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸黄递酶 (NADPH -d)组织化学法。结果 :MS中的NOS阳性细胞分布于其内侧 ,细胞少 ,占 10 9% ,呈散在分布。胞体多为圆形、卵圆形 ,胞体直径 9 4~ 13μm ,突起少 ;斜角带核垂直支 (VDB)中的NOS阳性细胞较MS的多 ,占 13 7% ,分布于整个VDB中。胞体多为梭形和卵圆形 ,直径 13~ 15 μm ,每个细胞发出 2~ 3条突起 ;斜角带核水平支 (HDB)中的NOS阳性细胞主要分布于HDB靠脑底面部分 ,密集 ,占2 6 7%。胞体多为梭形 ,细胞直径 12~ 17μm ,每个细胞发出 1~ 2条突起。 结论
Objective:To sdudy the distribution of NOS positive neurons in nucleus medial septum(MS)and nucleus diagonal band (DB) of rat.Method:Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH d) histochemistry method was weed.Results:NOS positve neurons in MS distribued evenly in its medial portion, and accounted for 10.9% of the total.The cells mainly were round and oval,and 9 4~13 μm in diameter.The cellular processes were sparse;There were more NOS positive neurons in VDB than in MS. The proportion was 13.7%.The cells primarily were spindle and oval,and 13~15 μm in diameter.Each cell had 2~3 proceses;NOS positive neurons in HDB distributed densely in its basal portion.The proportion was 26.7%. The cells primarily were spindle, and 12~17 μm in diameter.Each cell had 1~2 processes too.Conclusion:Distribution characteristics of MS DB complex's NOS positive neurons in rat is reported in detail in this paper.
