摘要
针对卓越工程师培养计划的要求,设计各类充分融合专业特色的不同实习模块,供实习学生按照自己的发展方向选修,立足在培养学习兴趣的基础上充分锻炼学生的创新与实践能力,有效地实现了专业交叉融合培养;在实习过程中引入现代企业管理流程,进行企业角色体验教学,培养学生的自我管理能力,同时对学生进行在大工程观下的工程文化教育。
In view of outstanding engineers training plan, design various types of professional characteristics practice modules , which be selected according to intern students＆#39; own development directions, training the students＆#39; innovation and practical ability based on the basis of cultivating their learning interest, effectively implement the professional cross fusion cultivate; Modern enterprise management process be introduced in the process of practice, experience enterprise role in teaching, develop the students＆#39; ability of self-management, at the same time, undertake to culture education under the view of engineering project.
