摘要
以全面提高教学质量为核心,围绕2008版教学大纲,电气专业教研室深化工程教育改革,探索课程体系及教学内容改革,在课程建设、教学研究、实训项目开发、实验室建设、教材建设、教学手段等方面进行一系列改革与实践。课程体系的建立与教学内容的改革以行业要求为导向,将中国民航大学现有实习条件与现代化的教学手段相结合,为学生尽可能创建接近实际一线的训练环境,开发实际一线工作需要的训练项目,以满足工程实际对人才的要求,并在实践教学中取得了很好的训练效果。同时,建设良好的教学团队是进行教学改革的必要条件。
In order to comprehensively improve the quality of teaching, and according to the 2008 edition syllabus, the department of electrical engineering deepens the reform of engineering education and explores the curriculum system and the reform of teaching contents, such as urriculum development, research of teaching, training project development, laboratory construction, construction of teaching materials and teaching methods. The establishment of the curriculum system and the reform of teaching content guided by industry requirements, combine the existing internship conditions of Civil Aviation University of China and modern teaching methods to create the actual front-line training environment for the students as much as possible. The intent of developing training program of actual front-line work is to satisfy the engineering requirements for talents, and achieve good results of training in practical teaching. Additionally, building a good team of teaching is a necessary condition for teaching reform.
