摘要
高新技术企业科技人才管理一直是国内外学者们积极关注的热点问题。鉴于目前高新技术企业科技人才管理存在的诸多伦理问题,深入分析高新技术企业科技人才伦理管理的定义、内涵、功效及调控模式,并结合实际情况提出高新技术企业科技人才伦理管理的实践路径,为破解高新技术企业科技人才伦理管理困境,加快科技创新,促进企业科学发展提供参考。
Study on ST talent management of high- tech enterprise has been an active interesting focus for scholars at home and abroad. As for many ethical issues of ST talent management of High- tech enterprise currently,the paper analyzes the concept,connotation,effect and the regulation mode of the ethical management of ST talent of high- tech enterprise in- depth,proposes the practical path of ethical management of high- tech enterprise＇s ST talent combined with the actual situation,and provides a reference for breaking the ethical problem of ST talent management,accelerating technological innovation and promoting enterprise＇s scientific development of high- tech enterprise.
