自密实混凝土在某水电站深斜井中的应用

摘要 自密实混凝土对狭窄空间混凝土浇筑施工具有良好的适用性。某水电站深斜井高压管道素混凝土衬砌决定采用具有高流动性、均匀性和稳定性,且浇筑时无需外力振捣,可在自重作用下流动又充填模板空间的自密实混凝土,施工期间通过持续改进浇筑方案,较好地解决了混凝土浇筑易堵塞、仓面振捣困难等难题,不仅缩短了工期,节约了成本,还大大地降低了施工难度,保证了工程质量。 The self-compaction concrete is with excellent applicability to place in narrow space. Therefore, the self-compaction plato concrete is applied to line one deep inclined shaft for penstock of one hydropower station as it is with high fluid performance, uniformity and stability as well as no vibration is required, while the concrete is placed, and it can flow and fill fully the formwork space by gravi- ty. During the concrete placement, the placement alternative is continuously improved. Issues such as concrete blocking and vibration difficulty are resolved. Those not only shorten the construction period and decrease construction cost but also reduce cor, struction diffi- culty and assure the project quality.
