摘要
介绍了自密实混凝土应用于窄口水库泄洪洞衬砌加固时的配比设计、拌制、入仓浇筑要求。在泄洪洞洞身衬砌中利用自密实混凝土进行浇筑,解决了衬砌中存在的施工难题,可提高泄洪洞的力学性能、密实性和耐久性,而且在浇筑过程中无需振捣成型。自密实混凝土适用于形状复杂、断面尺寸小以及配筋率较高的薄壁结构,亦可用于堆石混凝土的填充。
This paper introduced the application of self-compacting concrete to the reinforced lining of flood-discharge tunnel in Zhaikou Reservoir, which included the process of mix-design, mixing, warehousing and pouring. The application of self-compacting concrete had not only solved the existing problem of construction in the process of lining, but also effectively improved the mechanical properties, compactness and durability. Furthermore it had not need vibration molding, self-compacting concrete was very suitable to the complex shape, small-size section and the thin wall structure with higher reinforcement rates, and also useful for filling rock-fill concrete and concrete pouring.
