摘要
矿区承包商施工作业中,时常发生火灾、高处坠落、触电、物体打击、环境污染等事故,导致人员伤害、财产损失等后果。根据目前矿区承包商的类型,确定易发生事故的承包商,并分析其HSE管理中存在的主要问题,依据产生的原因,给出相应的对策措施,以实现提高矿区承包商的HSE管理水平,降低其事故率。
Fire,falling,electric shock,object hit and environmental pollution accidents often occurs in mining contractors construction works,causing human injuries,property damage,etc.According to the types of mining contractor,the contractor prone to accident was determined and the main problems existing in the HSE management were analyzed.According to the reasons to the accidents,the corresponding countermeasures were giver in order to achieve the improvement of contractor HSE management and the accident rate reduction.
